This is my absolute favorite "everything dip" Spread it on your sandwich, eat it with veggies or simply as a Mediterranean dip with pitas.

Ingredients:
1 Large red pepper
1 Cup of walnuts
1 Large clove of garlic
1/2 piece of small toast
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tbs pomegranate molasses
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp grounded cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 tsp chilli flakes
Turn oven on broil/ grill.
Cut the red pepper in a few pieces and drizzle with olive oil on a baking sheet.
Place under the grill until it looks cooked and slightly brown. About 7/10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Start with the pepper, walnuts, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice and then add the rest.
Garnish with a little olive oil, pieces of walnut and small pieces of fresh mint.
