Ingredients;Shrimp1 Avocado1 TomatoHalf Red onionHalf European Cucumber Dressing:1/4 Cup greek yoghurt1/4 Cup mayonnaise2 tbs Lemon JuiceDill1 clove of garlic10 drops of Mbrace.cbd (optional)Salt, pepper and paprika powder to taste Clean the shrimp and take of the shell and cook for a few minutes till tender in olive oil.Chop all salad ingredients in medium sized cubes.Dice the shrimp in halves and mix with the salad. Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients together and whip till creamy substance. Finish with some chopped dill. Add about 2/3 tbs of dressing to the salad bowl and mix all well.
