Shrimp and Avocado summer salad

This refreshing salad is a absolute winner for this summer!



















Ingredients;


Shrimp

1 Avocado

1 Tomato

Half Red onion

Half European Cucumber

Dressing:


1/4 Cup greek yoghurt

1/4 Cup mayonnaise

2 tbs Lemon Juice

Dill

1 clove of garlic

10 drops of Mbrace.cbd (optional)

Salt, pepper and paprika powder to taste

Clean the shrimp and take of the shell and cook for a few minutes till tender in olive oil.

Chop all salad ingredients in medium sized cubes.

Dice the shrimp in halves and mix with the salad.

Dressing:

Mix all dressing ingredients together and whip till creamy substance. Finish with some chopped dill.

Add about 2/3 tbs of dressing to the salad bowl and mix all well. Leave in fridge for a few minutes before serving.
