This dressing is so refreshing and full of important nutrients!
Add it to any salad or as a sauce for chicken or fish.
1 Cup of Spinach
1/4 Bunch of Parsley
Half Lemon, squeezed
4 tbs Mayonaise
1tbs Olive oil
1/4 small onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
