Get your daily essentials

This green smoothie has been my ultimate favorite. I drink this at least a few times a week.

It has so much necessary nutrition and it tastes absolutely delicious!


1 cup Coconut or Hemp milk

Handful of Spinach

Half or full frozen banana

2 scoops (20mg) Vanilla protein

1 tsp of Sprirulina

1 tbs Sunbutter or Almond butter

Half cup of ice

Optional: a few drops of our CBD

Blend in a blender till silky and smooth.
